What is Power Management?

Power Management is more than your average, everyday website maintenance plan. RTS steps it up by helping you effectively and strategically manage your web presence. We eliminate the guess work and do the heavy lifting for you, allowing you to concentrate on your business. That’s the RTS difference.

Subscription Plans

All websites come with 30 days of free Power Silver maintenance. Any coverage beyond this time-frame is considered optional, and must be purchased separately. It is strongly recommended that your organization select a maintenance option at the time of contract signing to ensure complete coverage. We offer the following support packages for your maintenance needs.

This agreement includes webpage maintenance to all web pages (excluding third-party pages) over a twelve-month subscription period. Maintenance includes: updating links, updating general page content, posting media, optimizing media for web, repairing erroneous scripts or database queries, and 1 monthly health check. Maintenance does not include: programming, scripting, database design, database development, changes to page layouts, changes to themes, changes to graphics, new graphics design, and changes to color schemes. If the client or an agent other than RGON Technology Solutions attempts updating the client’s pages, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the current hourly rate, and is not included as part of the included maintenance agreement. The twelve-month maintenance period commences 30 days after the client signs this contract. Changes requested by the client beyond the limits/scope mentioned above will require a separate work order, and will be billed at the current hourly rate. The Power Platinum Maintenance Plan includes (3) hours of support per calendar month. Please note that maintenance hours do not rollover if not used. Any maintenance required above the monthly limits established will be billed separately at the current hourly rate.
